This is a great little studio to call a temporary home. Full kitchen, bath, and in-unit washer and dryer. Affordable place to have my dogs. I worked days, so the skylights mentioned in previous reviews were not an issue for me and provided lots of natural light throughout the day. The neighborhood is safe and fairly quiet. Lovelace Homes is great with communication. Overall, I would definitely book a stay again when back in the area.

This is a very cute modern studio apartment guest house! There's a full kitchen and your own washer & dryer which was super convenient! If you work night shift, keep in mind there are two skylights that are very nice but not great for sleeping during the day. I would recommend a sleep mask, mine worked great! It also can get a little stuffy during the day since there is no A/C. I bought a fan, which I left there, and it helped a bit. I had a lovely stay at Lovelace Homes' property this past summer. I am a traveling nurse and was working nights nearby. The unit itself was very clean with essential items. It is relatively new and the skylights and high ceiling add a beautiful ambiance. The shower is very modern and open. The neighborhood is very nice, but homes are very close together, so noise could be an unavoidable issue sometimes, such as weekends with BBQs or birthday parties.
